2nd International Conference on Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Cybersecurity, Healthcare & Climate Resilience (HACER 2026) brings together researchers, engineers, technologists, industry leaders and policymakers to explore the latest technological developments at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and Climate Resilience.

The conference aims to highlight the emerging technologies, innovative solutions, and translational research that address critical issues through engineering approaches, and in turn, leading towards a path to sustainable development for a better future.

HACER 2026 offers a unique platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and shaping the future of harnessing AI in cybersecurity, healthcare and climate resilient technologies. Call for Papers (CFP)

We invite original, unpublished research contributions for presentation at HACER 2026 and publication in the conference proceedings. Submitted papers must present original work, must not be under review elsewhere, and must not have been published in any form or language.
We welcome submissions on the following tracks/themes (including but not limited to)

General Guidelines

Author’s Guidelines:

  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • All papers must be written in English.
  • Submissions are checked for AI and Non-AI plagiarism; papers above the accepted similarity/AI-content limit will be rejected.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. Papers not presented will not be published.
  • Accepted, presented papers may appear in the Springer. Authors must sign the publisher's copyright form. Selected papers may be invited to extended journal versions.
  • Permission must be obtained for any reused copyrighted figures, tables, or text.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Prepare papers using the Springer proceedings template (download: LaTeX, MS Word).
  • Length: up to 6 - 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Include a short abstract covering objectives, methods, and key findings.
  • Each paper will be peer reviewed by at least two-three independent reviewers.
  • All submissions are made through Microsoft CMT; authors need a CMT account before submitting.

Publication:

Accepted papers will be considered for publication in a Springer Proceedings Series (subject to Springer approval), with selected high-quality papers invited for publication in special issues of reputed journals.
