- "College", "Institute", "we", "our", or "us" refers to IIIT Vadodara.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to parents, guardians, students, and visitors using the Institute's website and payment services.
- "Service" means the online payment gateway, website content, and communication tools offered by the Institute.
Use of the Payment Service
The online fee payment facility is provided to facilitate fee remittance.
You agree to provide accurate information in connection with your use of the Service
and are solely responsible for any information posted, transmitted, or otherwise
made available through your use of the Service.
Detailed instructions are provided on the online payment portal regarding successful
transactions, failed transactions, and payment confirmations.
Users are required to follow such instructions carefully.
Once the "Pay" option is selected, you will be redirected to the payment gateway
where payment may be made through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card,
UPI, or any other available payment mode.
Upon successful completion of payment, a Payment Confirmation Slip/Receipt will
be generated. Users are advised to retain the same for future reference.
In case of payment failure, the system will display an appropriate status message.
If there is an unusual delay in response and payment details have not been submitted,
the user may restart the payment process.
However, if payment authorization details have already been submitted,
users should first verify with their bank or card issuer whether the amount
has been debited before attempting another payment.
If the amount has not been debited from the user's bank or credit card account,
the user can make the payment to obtain the PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL confirmation.
Access to the Service may be terminated if the Institute determines that the
Service has been improperly used or if there is any breach of Institute policies.
Fees
Convenience fees, bank charges, gateway charges, or other transaction-related
costs may be levied depending upon the payment method selected.
Such charges are determined by the payment gateway provider,
issuing bank, or financial institution and are outside the control
of IIIT Vadodara.
Privacy Policy
Personal information, including student details, contact information,
payment information, and related data, is collected solely for
Institution-related purposes.
The information provided by users shall be utilized only for processing
payments, maintaining student records, and related administrative functions.
All such information shall be kept secure and confidential and shall not be
sold, rented, or disclosed to unrelated third parties except to
authorized personnel, service providers, payment gateway partners,
or where required by law.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is no cancellation facility available once an online payment
has been successfully completed.
In the event of duplicate payment, excess payment, or any other payment error,
parents/guardians may submit a written refund request to the Institute's
Accounts Department along with proof of payment.
Refunds, if approved under the Institute's Fee Policy,
will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Payment gateway convenience fees and related transaction charges
are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within
10–15 working days.
Thereafter, credit to the user's account shall be subject
to the processing timelines of the issuing bank or
payment service provider.
