Admission Modes

Students are admitted to the PhD program through one of the following ways:

1. Institute Selection Process
2. AICTE QIP
3. Study in India

A) Institute Selection Process

Applications will be processed periodically.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for the first round of selection process (preferably online mode).

1. Pay the application fee of ₹590 (inclusive of GST) through:
   • SBI I-Collect (Institution: IIIT Vadodara, Category: Other Fees/Fine, Roll No: 202460000)
   • NEFT / IMPS to:
     Account Name: Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara
     Account Number: 35022482626
     Bank: State Bank of India
     Branch: Sector 11, Gandhinagar

     MICR: 380002128
   • Payment through QR Code (application fee is non-refundable).
2. Keep scanned copies of: Marksheets, Degree Certificates, Category Certificate, CV, Photograph, Payment Proof and NOC (if applicable).
3. Fill the Online Application Form and submit completely.
4. After successful submission, print the generated form, sign all pages and email it along with supporting documents to: pgadmissions@iiitvadodara.ac.in

1. Students must pay "Subtotal A" to confirm provisional admission.
2. Hostel accommodation is optional. Subtotal B includes hostel, mess and transport charges and is payable separately during registration.

Fee Refund Policy

Financial Assistance

Eligible Full-Time PhD students receive:

• ₹37,000 per month for first 2 years
• ₹42,000 per month for next 3 years

Financial assistance is provided against TA duties, research work and other academic activities.
