Refund Policy on Cancellation of Admission: B.Tech
(Batch 2018-19 and onwards)

1. Rule A

          (a) Tuition fee - 100 % of Tuition fee to be refunded

          (b) Hostel / Transport – 100% of Transport, Hostel fees to be refunded.

          (c) 100 % of caution money deposited be refunded after dues are adjusted.

2. Rule B

          (i) Tuition fee – Since, the seat accepted and later cancelled by the candidate is a loss of Institute
          specially, as the institute is in PPP mode, (where in fees is the major source of revenue) 100% tuition fees
           including sports and cultural fees and examination fees to be forfeited.

          (ii) Hostel – NIL amount to be refunded

          (iii) Transport - Refund of remaining calendar months.

          (iv) 100% Caution money deposited be refunded after dues are adjusted.

3. Rule C

          (a) Tuition fee - 100 % of Tuition fee to be refunded

          (b) Hostel / Transport – Refund of remaining calendar months.

          (c) 100 % of caution money deposited be refunded after dues are adjusted.

          (d) INR 2000/- to be deducted as Administrative charges.

4. Applicability

Ser No	Case	Rule	Remarks
(a)	In all cases where student has paid institute fees and migrated to other institute under JOSAA system during normal or special CSAB Round.	Refund Rule A will be Applicable
(b)	If all seats in respective category  in the branch of study are not filled due to the withdrawal of the seat at the end of admission process or withdrawal after commencement of classes	Refund Rule B will be Applicable	(i) Case – A: Cancellation/ Withdrawal after joining institute in JOSAA/CSAB Regular rounds. (ii)Case – B: Cancellation/ Withdrawal after joining institute in JOSAA/ CSAB Special rounds. (iii)Case – C: Cancellation/ Withdrawal after joining institute in SPOT round, if held.
(c)	Withdrawal/ Cancellation of a seat in such a category where all seats are allocated at the end of admission process;	Refund Rule C will be Applicable;
