Admission Process for MTech Program through Institute Round (non-CCMT)

Eligibility Criteria:

       GEN/ EWS/ OBC: 6.5 CPI/CGPA on a 10-point scale (or equiv.) in B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA/MSc;
       SC/ ST/PwD: 6 CPI/CGPA on a 10-point scale (or equiv.) in B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA/MSc.
       Note: GATE is not mandatory.

Financial Assistance:

The students admitted through CCMT as well as via the institute Round (non-CCMT) will be eligible for institute financial assistance. The students will be offered financial assistance against teaching assistantship. For GATE qualified students, it will be INR 12400 per month. For non-GATE students, depending on the institute requirements the students may be eligible for financial assistance (in the form of teaching assistantship). For non-GATE students, the financial assistance up to 80% of the amount of the financial assistance given to the GATE qualified students may be provided based on the recommendation of a committee constituted by the Competent Authority.

Application Process:

1. Pay the application fee, Rs. 708 (for GEN/ EWS/ OBC) Rs. 354 (for SC/ ST/ PwD). Use SBI I-Collect:

2. Keep scanned copies of following documents: Marksheets & certificate of graduation, Category certificate (format as per central govt. Guidelines, https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PsOq0nLL6HaMqI_dOiFhbH5rRG1GcDEw?usp=share_link, CV, photograph, Proof of payment.
3. The applicants must fill up the Online Application Form and SUBMIT it.
4. After successful submission, print this form, sign on all pages and send it by email to pgadmissions@iiitvadodara.ac.in
