This Executive M.Tech. program in Cyber Security offers a robust and comprehensive curriculum for professionals aiming to become experts in the digital security domain. The program builds a strong foundation with core courses in cyber security principles, computer networks, secure programming, and network security. It is designed to equip students with the essential skills to design, analyze, and maintain secure information systems in today's complex and threat-prone digital environment.
As the program progresses, it delves into advanced, specialized areas such as applied cryptography, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and the application of AI/ML for cyber security. A key strength of this curriculum is its dual-track elective system, allowing students to specialize in either "Offensive Security & Threat Intelligence" with courses like malware analysis and exploit development, or "Defensive Security & Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)" with courses in SOC management and threat hunting. The program culminates with a significant project or research dissertation, enabling students to tackle and solve a real-world cyber security challenge.

Training the post-graduates for leadership roles in Cyber Security, enabling them to drive innovation and strategic decision-making. To foster a culture of continuous learning and research, encouraging graduates to stay along with the latest developments in Cyber Security and related fields. Enrolled professionals will have a strong foundation in the ethical and societal implications of Cyber Security, ensuring responsible and sustainable technology development. To equip the post-graduates with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. To enable professionals to design, develop, and deploy robust Cyber Security systems that create business value.
One mandatory campus immersion of 5 days duration will be planned during July/ December depending on the commencement of the respective cohort.
During the immersion program the students will be hosted at the IIITV-ICD campus (www.diu.iiitvadodara.ac.in) The students will be provided with hostel accommodation on a sharing basis.

During conduct of offline courses, accommodation for the participants is arranged at IIITV-ICD campus at Diu (https://diu.gov.in/ ). All the participants will be allotted the institute hostel rooms on sharing basis with common toilets facilities. Hostel rooms are non-AC and well ventilated.
