B.Tech. 2025-26 Reporting Process at the Institute – JoSAA/CSAB 2025

(There are no fees waiver for any category of students at IIIT Vadodara)

Please read the following instructions carefully and follow the same

2. Where to Report The candidates who have been allotted IIIT Vadodara through the process of admission conducted by the JoSAA/CSAB 2025 are required to fill and submit the undermentioned

3. Following documents must be kept ready in digital form (scanned copy in pdf format) before filling the above-mentioned Google Form.

1.   Provisional Seat Allotment Letter (JoSSA/CSAB) for Admission 2025
2.   Admit Card for JEE (Main) 2025
3.   Rank Card of JEE (Main) 2025
4.   Marksheet and Certificate of Std. X
5.   Date of Birth Certificate as submitted to JoSAA/ CSAB.
6.   Mark Sheet and Certificate of Std. XII
7.   SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS Certificate from designated authority (as applicable).
8.   Two Stamp size photographs and two passport size photographs are to be submitted when you report physically. However please submit a soft copy of the same in .jpg format.

10.   Receipt of payment of fees to JOSAA / CSAB.
11.   Proof of payment of Balance Fees to IIIT Vadodara as per Item 4 below.

4. Payment of Institute Fees:

5. For NEFT to Institute Account: (Please Share UTR No. (Transaction ID) for reconciliation)

6. Once you have paid the Institute Fees and uploaded all documents in the Google Form, your admission will be confirmed and information will be available on the Institute website. (Institute main web-page. This will be updated daily.)

7. Payment of Hostel and Mess Fees: This will be payable after the admission is confirmed and before reporting to the hostel. (No refund is applicable)

8. Reporting at Hostel: The programme is residential and thus staying at Institute hostel is mandatory. You are re-quired to physically report at the Institute Hostel from 24th August 2025 onwards (9:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

9. It is recommended for students to have their personal Laptop/computing device.

10. Details of Institute required for filling the Anti-ragging Form:

13. Bank Loan and Scholarship Facilities available at IIIT Vadodara.

(a)  Bank Loan: Collateral free loan is available to students of IIIT Vadodara from

(b)  Scholarships: There are no scholarships provided by IIIT Vadodara. Institute facilitates for following scholarships. Though many students are receiving scholarships. Institute does not guarantee any scholarships. Currently Institute facilitates following scholarships:

16.You will be given provisional admission till physical verification of documents.

17.In case there is an issue with a particular document, please provide an undertaking on a plain paper (self-signed) and attach it at the relevant place of Google Form.
